Born on December 2 1981 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model well known for her appearances in both film and TV series. Brandt started out her acting in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. After that, she landed her first American part as Naevia in Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia. The actress has appeared on numerous television series in the past decade, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt plays Mazikeen as a character from Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was brought up as a child in Cape Town South Africa. After her late teens she immigrated together with family members in Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's career started as a fashion model when she appeared in commercials on television and magazine advertisements. She also worked as an IT recruiting consultant as well as in retail, before becoming famous as a fashion model. In 2009, she was a part-time actress in a New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. in 2021, her first significant role was in the role of Naevia the slave girl on Starz's Spartacus Blood and Sand. Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954, in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox was a student at her studies at the Royal Academy of Music, London in the 70s. She took a course in harpsichord as well as the flautist piano for 3 years.
